Our families Maple Syrup bush has been left to grow naturally, allowing for a mix of trees to grow amongst our well loved maples. This gives us a primarily dark and full flavored maple syrup as well as a lush environment for wildlife and foragable items such as the Chaga, Turkey Tail and Reishi mushrooms to grow in abundance. We forage these item sustainably to ensure they will continue to grow in our woods for years to come.
