Our families Maple Syrup bush has been left to grow naturally, allowing for a mix of trees to grow amongst our well loved maples. This gives us a primarily dark and full flavored maple syrup as well as a lush environment for wildlife and foragable items such as the Chaga, Turkey Tail and Reishi mushrooms to grow in abundance.
